The Night lords. Raiders, murders, psychopaths, and Saturday morning cartoon villains. There is a lot to be said for the 8th legion and like most legions in 2.0 they have improved though in the case of everyone’s favourite Skeletor cosplayers you do need to look beyond their section to realise the improvements. So, lets dive into the lords of night.

Well, the book is in my hands (well almost, I’m typing this while it’s on route), so let’s put fingers to the keyboard and talk about the best Legion. The 1st Legion. The Dark Angels. And what they can do in the new edition.

After doing way too much ‘Proper Adult Stuff’¹ lately I can finally sit down with the Liber Hereticus and have a look at the Death Guard. That little project I started as a Zone Mortalis force is going to continue to be the side-project for some time. Not that I think they’re bad, on the contrary they have some amazing options. A riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma, and covered in nonsense. These masters of infiltration and sabotage have long been my favourite of Legions, be it for their subtle ploys and realistic spy tactics, or their occasional descents into outright memery and trolling. Let’s take a look at what they’re capable of in the new edition.
