Wow. This took more effort to get onto a blog post that I expected.

That’s the joy of learning something new and trying things out. Sometimes you struggle, sometimes it’s a lot easier than it seems. And sometimes it all falls apart because you can’t type in square brackets.

Anyway on to the First post which, happily enough, is also pictures of my First Legion. These aren’t all of the images I have and a few more army shots will be coming in eventually. There is so much to talk about now.

As you’re no doubt noticing at this point there’s a theme here. Armoured Company. Transports, notably the Rhino’s and Spartan that carry around the bulk of the Legion across all kinds of terrain. Backed up with a couple of Sicaran Omega Tank Destroyers because PLASMA just leaves a nice crisp tang in the air.

Let’s finish this short first post with a couple of my favourite models though. The Legion specific Contemptor dreadnoughts are such gorgeous models and they’re often a pleasure to pose. Personal opinion time: I have a level of dislike for the current (at time of writing) plastic Contemptor that borders on irrational, but it’s because the posing and dynamic options you can do with the resin kits just blows it out the water. That may change.

Then there’s the Xiphon. I call it a Viper. Yes.

And that’s a short run-down and a first blog post. Now to figure out how to get the DAMNED to write content so this isn’t just the ramblings of a Casual.
